Greetings from Shizuoka, Japan!
We seem to share a couple of things including initials as mine are R-G-M!
We are also both using Wordpress!
I love pork, too, and although there is a lot of misconception about this particular meat it is very beneficial and less fatty than one might think!
Your Teriyaki Glaze is actually a classic. It is great to find you introducing it in an easy to understand recipe!
