Flight, located at 1820 Tower Drive, Glenview, IL has been around since the old air station was converted to a hip local neighborhood. The kitchen here is medium sized with a staff that works smoothly under the direction of a the very talented Executive Chef Cooper Lindner. The one thing that I look for is how the staff interacts and how they prepare and serve the items on the establishments menu. Is the place clean? Is the product fresh? Does the staff function smoothly?
The staff at Flight work well together. They maintain a very clean environment and prepare dishes very efficiently with little or no waste. They consistently provide a dining experience well worth the cost.
I recently revisited Flight to try some of the new items they offer. At the suggestion of the bartender my party tried their Duck Confit Macaroni and Cheese. I was stunned, yes stunned. This delicious mix of just two cheeses, a little truffle oil and exquisite duck confit demanded a second helping. This is a “Don’t miss” item.
